The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, an expansive walk-in shower, and a separate tub, while the guest suite is thoughtfully designed with two sets of cozy built-in bunk beds, ideal for a family. Additional amenities, including laundry facilities, a patio with a gas BBQ grill, on-site parking, and unbeatable slope access, provide all the comforts of home in this prime mountain retreat. Please note: condo residences are not equipped with air conditioning. Fans and windows provide a comfortable alternative in the summer months.

Woodrun Place offers a range of exclusive amenities to enhance your mountain experience. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the convenient ski locker, then unwind in the fitness center or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub. For added convenience, overnight ski tuning is available on-site during the winter to ensure your equipment is ready for the next day’s adventure. Additionally, private shuttles can be arranged to and from Aspen Airport, ensuring your arrival and departure are as seamless and stress-free as your stay.

The Building

Woodrun Place offers mountain views, open layouts, expansive interiors, and the ultimate convenience of skiing or snowboarding directly from the ski locker room. Situated on Fanny Hill, just upslope from Snowmass Base Village, our upscale condominium property offers a year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub, on-site ski rental and repair shop, and on-site parking. Enjoy breathtaking views, generous living spaces, and the coveted convenience of ski-in/ski-out access. Discover an array of unit sizes, including one-to-four-bedroom residences, as well as spacious studios. Each residence is designed for effortless living, complete with elevated furnishings and gourmet kitchens. Jetted tubs and/or steam showers, as well as inviting fireplaces, create a warm and welcoming ambiance. Please note that our townhomes are equipped with air conditioning. Fans and windows provide a comfortable alternative in the summer months in our condo residences.

Cancellation Policy

Spring, Summer & Fall  (April 16 - November 19)
A 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due just 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 - April 15*)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

* Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
