After an exhilarating day on the slopes, retreat to this expansive multi-level ski-in/ski-out condo at the prestigious Woodrun Place, a haven for both relaxation and unforgettable gatherings. Share cozy meals in the inviting kitchen and gather around the charming dining table for six (6) or bask in après-ski moments on the oversized patio, complete with a gas fire pit perfect for starlit evenings. Later, unwind in the cozy living room, where a stone-clad wood fireplace and plush leather couches create the ultimate mountain ambiance. The primary suite promises restful nights with a plush king-size bed and a luxurious, spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. The two additional suites offer a queen bed and two twins. Thoughtful conveniences, such as in-unit laundry and on-site parking, make for a smooth, stress-free mountain getaway. Please note: condo residences are not equipped with air conditioning. Fans and windows provide a comfortable alternative in the summer months.

Woodrun Place offers a range of exclusive amenities to enhance your mountain experience. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the convenient ski locker, then unwind in the fitness center or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub. For added convenience, overnight ski tuning is available on-site during the winter to ensure your equipment is ready for the next day’s adventure. Additionally, private shuttles can be arranged to and from Aspen Airport, ensuring your arrival and departure are as seamless and stress-free as your stay.

The Building

Woodrun Place offers mountain views, open layouts, expansive interiors, and the ultimate convenience of skiing or snowboarding directly from the ski locker room. Situated on Fanny Hill, just upslope from Snowmass Base Village, our upscale condominium property offers a year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub, on-site ski rental and repair shop, and on-site parking. Enjoy breathtaking views, generous living spaces, and the coveted convenience of ski-in/ski-out access. Discover an array of unit sizes, including one-to-four-bedroom residences, as well as spacious studios. Each residence is designed for effortless living, complete with elevated furnishings and gourmet kitchens. Jetted tubs and/or steam showers, as well as inviting fireplaces, create a warm and welcoming ambiance. Please note that our townhomes are equipped with air conditioning. Fans and windows provide a comfortable alternative in the summer months in our condo residences.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate – Non-Holiday Dates
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 35 days prior to arrival. If cancelled before the final payment deadline, payments are refundable less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation value. Beginning 35 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.

Standard Rate – Holiday (December 20 – January 1)
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled before the final payment deadline, payments are refundable less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation value. Beginning 90 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.

Flexible Rate – All Dates
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due according to the Standard Rate schedule above. The first $50,000 of the reservation is fully refundable until 7 days prior to arrival, including the Flexible Rate premium. Any portion of the reservation above $50,000 is subject to the Standard Rate cancellation terms. Beginning 7 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.

48-Hour Grace Period
A 48-hour grace period applies to all reservations booked at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 7 days of arrival are immediately non-refundable.
