After an exhilarating day on the slopes, retreat to this expansive multi-level ski-in/ski-out condo at the prestigious Woodrun Place, a haven for both relaxation and unforgettable gatherings. Share cozy meals in the inviting kitchen and gather around the charming dining table for six (6,) or bask in après-ski moments on the oversized patio, complete with a gas fire pit perfect for starlit evenings. Later, unwind in the cozy living room, where a stone-clad wood fireplace and plush leather couches create the ultimate mountain ambiance. The primary suite promises restful nights with a plush king-size bed and a luxurious spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and shower/tub combo. The two additional suites offer a queen bed and two twins. Thoughtful conveniences, such as in-unit laundry and on-site parking, make for a smooth, stress-free mountain getaway.

Woodrun Place offers a range of exclusive amenities to enhance your mountain experience. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the convenient ski locker, then unwind in the fitness center or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub. For added convenience, overnight ski tuning is available on-site during the winter to ensure your equipment is ready for the next day’s adventure. Additionally, private shuttles can be arranged to and from Aspen Airport, ensuring your arrival and departure are as seamless and stress-free as your stay.

NOTE: The pool, hot tub, and sauna will undergo renovations in 2025 and will be unavailable starting April 20. We look forward to reopening these amenities for the 2025/2026 winter season. Please contact us with questions at 970.922.3434

Cancellation Policy

Spring, Summer & Fall  (April 16 - November 19)
A 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due just 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 - April 15*)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

* Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
