The cozy kitchen and dining area with seating for eight (8) allows everyone to enjoy the space together. The inviting living room with features such as a gas fireplace invites you to warm up and relax before tackling your next adventure. The primary suite offers a king-size bed and ensuite bath with a dual vanity and spacious walk-in shower. Perfect for your guests, the second bedroom features two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom complete with a tub. Additional conveniences include in-unit laundry and on-site parking.

Woodrun Place offers a range of exclusive amenities to enhance your mountain experience. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the convenient ski locker, then unwind in the fitness center or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub. For added convenience, overnight ski tuning is available on-site during the winter to ensure your equipment is ready for the next day’s adventure. Additionally, private shuttles can be arranged to and from Aspen Airport, ensuring your arrival and departure are as seamless and stress-free as your stay.

NOTE: The pool, hot tub, and sauna will undergo renovations in 2025 and will be unavailable starting April 20. We look forward to reopening these amenities for the 2025/2026 winter season. Please contact us with questions at 970.922.3434

Cancellation Policy

Spring, Summer & Fall  (April 16 - November 19)
A 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due just 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 - April 15*)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

* Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
