This large, multi-level ski-in/ski-out condo transports you to a true Colorado retreat with expansive open spaces, and panoramic valley views. Unwind in the bright and welcoming living room with a stone-clad see-through fireplace for enhanced ambiance. The well-appointed kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, a striking copper chandelier, and bar seating for seven (7). Choose between two elegant dining areas or dine on the patio, complete with a gas fireplace and panoramic views of the Roaring Fork Valley. This unit offers a secondary den with a TV and sofa, as well as a sophisticated mountain-inspired office space. Rest easy in one of the four guest suites: the primary suite with a luxurious king-size bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a stone-clad walk-in shower, and three additional suites offering a king, queen, and two twin beds. For added ease, enjoy in-unit laundry, sleeper sofa, and on-site parking, making this the perfect choice for a seamless, relaxing mountain retreat.

Woodrun Place offers a range of exclusive amenities to enhance your mountain experience. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the convenient ski locker, then unwind in the fitness center or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub. For added convenience, overnight ski tuning is available on-site during the winter to ensure your equipment is ready for the next day’s adventure. Additionally, private shuttles can be arranged to and from Aspen Airport, ensuring your arrival and departure are as seamless and stress-free as your stay.

NOTE: The pool, hot tub, and sauna will undergo renovations in 2025 and will be unavailable starting April 20. We look forward to reopening these amenities for the 2025/2026 winter season. Please contact us with questions at 970.922.3434

Cancellation Policy

Spring, Summer & Fall  (April 16 - November 19)
A 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due just 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 - April 15*)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

* Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
