After a thrilling day on the slopes, retreat to this spacious ski-in/ski-out condo at the exclusive Woodrun Place, crafted for both relaxation and memorable gatherings. Savor cozy meals in the inviting kitchen with soaring ceilings and a charming breakfast table for four (4,) or unwind with après-ski on the patio, complete with a gas grill for starlit barbecues. After dinner, sink into the comfort of the living room, where a stone-clad wood fireplace creates a warm, mountain ambiance. The primary suite offers a plush king-size bed and luxurious ensuite, while the secondary suite comfortably accommodates guests with two double beds. Added conveniences, including in-unit laundry and on-site parking, ensure a seamless and rejuvenating mountain escape.

Woodrun Place offers a range of exclusive amenities to enhance your mountain experience. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the convenient ski locker, then unwind in the fitness center or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub. For added convenience, overnight ski tuning is available on-site during the winter to ensure your equipment is ready for the next day’s adventure. Additionally, private shuttles can be arranged to and from Aspen Airport, ensuring your arrival and departure are as seamless and stress-free as your stay.

NOTE: The pool, hot tub, and sauna will undergo renovations in 2025 and will be unavailable starting April 20. We look forward to reopening these amenities for the 2025/2026 winter season. Please contact us with questions at 970.922.3434

Cancellation Policy

Spring, Summer & Fall  (April 16 - November 19)
A 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due just 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 - April 15*)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

* Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
