Delight in cooking in this luxurious open-plan updated kitchen with high-end appliances and a wet bar featuring four (4) stylish bar seats and a dining table that seats six (6.) The charm continues in the living room which is enhanced by the inviting ambiance of a cozy gas fireplace. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed facing a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the additional guest suite offers a queen with an ensuite bathroom and an additional guest bedroom features two twin beds. Additional amenities, including laundry facilities, on-site parking, patio gas BBQ, and unbeatable slope access, provide all the comforts of home in this prime mountain retreat.

Woodrun Place offers a range of exclusive amenities to enhance your mountain experience. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the convenient ski locker, then unwind in the fitness center or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub. For added convenience, overnight ski tuning is available on-site during the winter to ensure your equipment is ready for the next day’s adventure. Additionally, private shuttles can be arranged to and from Aspen Airport, ensuring your arrival and departure are as seamless and stress-free as your stay.

NOTE: The pool, hot tub, and sauna will undergo renovations in 2025 and will be unavailable starting April 20. We look forward to reopening these amenities for the 2025/2026 winter season. Please contact us with questions at 970.922.3434

Cancellation Policy

Spring, Summer & Fall  (April 16 - November 19)
A 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due just 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 - April 15*)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

* Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
