After a day in the mountains, retreat to this expansive multi-level ski-in/ski-out condo at Woodrun Place. Host unforgettable gatherings in the open-plan kitchen, featuring a charming breakfast nook for six (6) and two (2) stylish bar seats, which seamlessly connect to a cozy living room warmed by a crackling wood-burning fireplace. On pleasant days, take the festivities outside to the patio, where a gas grill and stunning views of Fanny Hill create an idyllic backdrop for alfresco barbecues and memorable moments. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The guest suites offer both flexibility and comfort, with one suite furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds which can be made into a king—each with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. With thoughtful touches like laundry facilities, sofa sleeper, on-site parking, and prime slope access, this mountain retreat combines luxury and convenience for a truly unforgettable stay.

Woodrun Place offers a range of exclusive amenities to enhance your mountain experience. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the convenient ski locker, then unwind in the fitness center or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub. For added convenience, overnight ski tuning is available on-site during the winter to ensure your equipment is ready for the next day’s adventure. Additionally, private shuttles can be arranged to and from Aspen Airport, ensuring your arrival and departure are as seamless and stress-free as your stay.

NOTE: The pool, hot tub, and sauna will undergo renovations in 2025 and will be unavailable starting April 20. We look forward to reopening these amenities for the 2025/2026 winter season. Please contact us with questions at 970.922.3434

Cancellation Policy

Spring, Summer & Fall  (April 16 - November 19)
A 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due just 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 - April 15*)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

* Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
